The Platform is owned by Epexio Techno Solutions, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at B-TF-7 Signet Plaza, Kunal Char Rasta, Samta Gotri Road, Gotri Vadodara, Gujarat - 390021 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', 'our').
Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Platform Owner. These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, digital products (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, 'Services'). You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

This Privacy Policy describes how Epexio Techno Solutions and its affiliates (collectively "Epexio Techno Solutions, we, our, us") collect, use, share, protect or otherwise process your information/personal data through our website https://www.epexio.in (hereinafter referred to as Platform). Please note that you may be able to browse certain sections of the Platform without registering with us. We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By visiting this Platform, providing your information or availing any product/service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. We collect your personal data when you use our Platform, services or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship and related information provided from time to time. Some of the information that we may collect includes but is not limited to personal data / information provided to us during sign-up/registering or using our Platform such as name, date of birth, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID and/or any such information shared as proof of identity or address. If you receive an email, a call from a person/association claiming to be Epexio Techno Solutions seeking any personal data like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such information. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.
We use personal data to provide the services you request. To the extent we use your personal data to market to you, we will provide you the ability to opt-out of such uses. We use your personal data to assist in handling and fulfilling orders; enhancing customer experience; to resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; customise your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce our terms and conditions; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection of information. However, we may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse or for other legitimate purposes.
You may access, rectify, and update your personal data directly through the functionalities provided on the Platform. You have an option to withdraw your consent that you have already provided by writing to the Grievance Officer. This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the Platform.:
Refund:Approved Refunds will be processed and credited within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
Digital services, software, and source code are delivered electronically via secure links, code repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab), or direct deployment to client servers.
Delivery timelines are executed as per the milestones and delivery dates agreed upon at the time of project confirmation and contract signing. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by third-party services, delayed feedback from the client, or force majeure events.
Delivery of our services and project completions will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration or contract signing. If there are any third-party software licensing costs, hosting fees, or API usage costs levied during the project, the same are not refundable once purchased on your behalf.
